Product returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days if you have a proof of purchase and the Return Application Form completed. The 14 calendar days period starts from the date the customer receives the product.
You can:
a) return the product back to the E-Shop and in this case you are charged with the transport costs
b) choose to return to one of our GrandOptical stores with your physical presence without any shipping charges.
In every case, the products should be returned in a perfect condition, without damage, scratches, and with their original tags.
