Shipping option may vary according to the destination address, the hour of purchase and the availability of the products.

Shipping options:

Pick up from a GrandOptical store - FREE OF CHARGE

You can pick up any of your orders from a GrandOptical store within 4-6 working days.

You will need to bring your identification and the order number.

Home Delivery (within Greece):

o   Delivery within the city (Athens, Thessaloniki) 

Estimated delivery time: 1day

o   Within the prefecture 

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 days, depending the delivery address

o   Land destinations 

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 days, depending the delivery address

o   Island destinations

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days, depending the delivery address

o   Remote areas

Estimated delivery time: 1-5 days, depending the delivery address

All above mentioned delivery times apply to orders placed on working days until 1pm. All times are indicative and may be subject to delays depending the product availability. They apply on working days. All orders placed during the weekends will be processed on next Monday.
